The designs are really cute overall and look just as nice as I hoped. I’m a little picky about how things look, but these definitely meet my standard

I had a frustrating experience with customer service. From what I remember, the replies took a while, and when they finally got back to me, the answers were kind of vague and didn’t really address the issue. I kept having to explain the same thing more than once, and even after all that, the problem still wasn’t fully fixed. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but looking back, it definitely wasn’t a great experience.

The rug itself was fine, but the box showed up ripped and kind of messy. Not a huge deal since the rug wasn’t damaged, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better

Overall it’s decent, but the edges started fraying after a few months… or maybe it was even a bit sooner, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, it didn’t hold up quite as well as I hoped.

I ordered this rug for my kid’s room thinking it would get here in time to finish setting everything up, but it didn’t show up until almost three weeks later. The timing was really frustrating, especially since the tracking barely updated the whole time. By the time it finally arrived, I was already annoyed with the whole process. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I ordered a kids rug and was a little nervous the colors wouldn’t match the pictures. When I asked about it, I kind of felt dismissed, like it wasn’t a big concern, which was frustrating. But once the rug arrived, the colors were actually really close to what was shown online. The print is clear too, with no blurry spots or weird fading. It looks cute in the room and my kid loves it, so overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

These wipes do a decent job for everyday messes. They wipe things off fine, which is pretty much what I expected, but tougher stains definitely take a bit more scrubbing than I was hoping for.

The rug is soft enough for my kid to sit and play on, so that part is nice. But umm, it’s definitely thinner than I was hoping for. It’s okay comfort-wise, just not quite as cozy or cushy as I expected for the price.

I got this rug for my kids' room and I am really happy with it. It feels nice under feet, like soft but also not thin in that cheap way. The colors are good looking too, pretty much what I hoped. We have had it down for a few weeks now and there has not been any strange smell or shedding happening. So yeah, it was a good buy for us.

I don’t remember it moving around much at all, which is the main thing I care about. The kids run over it every day and it seems to stay put well. It’s not absolutely perfect, but I mostly just notice that it does the job.

The rug itself was fine, like the color was okay, the texture was decent, and it didn’t look cheap or anything, but returning it was way more annoying than I expected. I had to email more than once just to figure out the basic steps, like where to send it, what info to include, whether I needed a label, and when I should expect someone to actually respond.
The refund did eventually come through, so I’ll give them that, but it took longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t a total disaster, like I’ve definitely dealt with worse shops, worse shipping, worse customer service, and worse products, but this return process was enough of a headache that I probably wouldn’t want to go through it again.

I’ve been using it around my kids and it just feels safe enough for everyday use. No complaints so far
